Soon we will decide if we’ll be virtual only or also have in person components in Seattle for a hybrid conference.
Currently we are specifically looking for volunteers to help with
Promotion and Outreach including committee chairs.
It isn’t required to be in Seattle.
I don’t live in Seattle and previously chaired this committee.
We do need people who can regularly help with tasks like maintaining social media, managing blog posts, writing blog posts, working with media outlets and more.
We currently meet every other Tuesday at 18:00 Pacific time (UTC-8 for another week). The next meeting is Tuesday, March 8th @ 18:00. If you’d like to help our lovely conferece please see our get involved page for how to contact us.
We’re also looking for volunteers for our
IDEA ( Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access ),
Attendee Experience, and
Finance and Partnerships committees.
I chair the latter and can definitely use some assistance :).
